Madonna is House-Hunting in NYC

Madonna is reportedly looking to buy a $35 million townhouse on the Upper East Side.

MyFoxNY.com -- The Material Mom is reportedly looking to set up housekeeping on the Upper East Side.
According to The New York Post, Madonna has her eye on a 14,700-square-foot townhouse on East 62nd. Street. The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom pad is going for $35 million.
This Beaux Arts-style house includes some nice touches: marble floors, staircases and fireplaces, separate servants' quarters a a gym and sauna.
The 48-year-old singer also checked out homes on East 67th, East 69th and East 96th streets.
